Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested before order has been shipped to ensure the cancellation is smooth and refund is processed in as fast as possible

please keep in mind that if the request is made after the order has been shipped that you will be responsible for having the order shipped to the selected address below.

The cancellation refund will only be processed once the order's condition is received and reviewed 

the items must be unused and in the original packaging it arrived in for a full refund to be processed

if the item/s appear to be used, a full refund will not be processed and you will be credited a one time only discount code of 10% off
