About Moorditj Bwoka

Moorditj Bwoka is a proudly Aboriginal owned company that was created by Noongar, Yamatji and Wongi Woman Tahneqa Dann

Moorditj Bwoka meaning great, strong or excellent clothing when translated from the dialect of the Wardandi people being 1 of 14 clans within Noongar Country

With the long time dream to make designs and have them on clothing became a reality in 2021 the process of going from dream to reality has been an exciting journey 

Art has always been my creative outlet however i did have a break from art for 7 years before getting back into it. the small idea to design and make my own 2021 Naidoc Week shirts brought back the passion and fueled the drive to create what is now known as Moorditj Bwoka

 

The goal for Moorditj Bwoka is to display the oldest living culture in the world the best way possible by combinding culture, language and art to showcase on clothing
